Maddy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Noia Wellness who is currently accepting new clients. She strives to meet her clients exactly where they are at, aiming to develop a holistic understanding of what brings them to therapy. Maddy takes a person-centered approach, meaning she sees her clients as the experts in their lives and goes as they flow. With a trauma-informed lens, strategies she most often pulls from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), body/somatic-based and Mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, parts work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Existential therapies.
